CJC-1295 (no DAC)

A GHRH analogue that amplifies each growth hormone pulse.

What it is

This is a modified fragment of growth hormone releasing hormone, altered at four positions so it survives longer in the body than natural GHRH.

How it works

It tells the pituitary how much growth hormone to release when a pulse fires. Paired with a ghrelin agonist that fires the pulse, the combined release is larger and still follows a natural pattern.

What it is researched for

  • Sleep quality
  • Recovery
  • Lean mass support alongside training

Research status

Not approved as a medicine. Research use only.

What to watch for

  • Flushing and light headedness after dosing
  • Reduced effect if eaten close to the dose
  • Water retention at higher amounts

Storage

Lyophilised powder keeps in the freezer or fridge, away from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep it refrigerated and use it within about four weeks.

Common questions

What is the difference between CJC-1295 with and without DAC?

The DAC version lasts about a week and raises baseline GH continuously. The no-DAC version lasts minutes and keeps the natural pulse pattern. Most protocols use no-DAC.

Can it be mixed in the same syringe as ipamorelin?

Research protocols commonly reconstitute and draw them together.
