Kisspeptin-10

An upstream hormone signal studied for testosterone and reproductive function.

What it is

Kisspeptin is the signal that sits above the whole reproductive hormone chain, telling the hypothalamus to release GnRH.

How it works

By acting at the top of the chain, it prompts the body own LH and FSH release rather than replacing hormones from outside.

What it is researched for

  • Testosterone support
  • Fertility research
  • Sexual and emotional brain response

Research status

Active human research in fertility clinics. Not an approved product.

What to watch for

  • Effects on the hormone axis are not trivial and can desensitise with frequent dosing
  • Very limited real-world safety data

Storage

Lyophilised powder keeps in the freezer or fridge, away from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep it refrigerated and use it within about four weeks.

Common questions

Does it raise testosterone?

Human infusion studies show LH and testosterone rises. Durability with repeat dosing is less clear.

Is this beginner territory?

No. It acts on the hormone axis itself and belongs in careful, supervised research.
