Beginner GLP-1 Fat Loss Stack
A slow titration built around one GLP-1 agonist, with support for muscle retention and gut comfort.
Steady fat loss without losing lean mass or living with nausea.
What is in it
- Semaglutide or Tirzepatide: Appetite regulation and blood sugar control
- BPC-157: Gut comfort during titration
- Ipamorelin: Supports lean mass while calories are low
Phases
- Weeks 1 to 4: Lowest GLP-1 amount only. No dose increases. Track nausea, water intake and protein.
- Weeks 5 to 8: First increase if side effects are mild. Add BPC-157 if digestion feels rough.
- Weeks 9 to 14: Hold at the lowest amount that still produces results. Add the evening peptide for sleep and recovery.
- Weeks 15 to 16: Assess. Either hold steady or plan a maintenance amount rather than pushing higher.
What to watch for
- Rapid heart rate, severe vomiting or upper right abdominal pain means stop and call a clinician.
- Losing more than about 1 percent of body weight per week usually means muscle is going too.
- Do not increase two things in the same week. You lose the ability to tell what caused what.
What to measure
- Weekly weight average
- Waist measurement every 2 weeks
- Protein grams per day
- Energy and sleep notes
