Endurance Athlete Recovery Stack
For high-volume training blocks where recovery, not effort, is the limiter.
Handle more training load without breaking down.
What is in it
- BPC-157: Tendon and soft tissue repair
- TB-500: Tissue flexibility and injury prevention
- MOTS-c: Mitochondrial efficiency
- Ipamorelin: Sleep quality and overnight repair
Phases
- Weeks 1 to 4: Build block. Repair peptides daily and weekly, plus nightly sleep support.
- Weeks 5 to 8: Peak block. Add mitochondrial support on the three hardest sessions.
- Weeks 9 to 10: Taper everything off with the training taper.
What to watch for
- Rising resting heart rate and falling heart rate variability mean you are overreaching, peptides or not.
- Iron and ferritin explain more endurance fatigue than anything on this list.
What to measure
- Resting heart rate
- Heart rate variability
- Weekly training load
- Soreness score
