Injury Repair and Soft Tissue Stack
The most widely used repair pairing, aimed at tendons, ligaments and stubborn joint pain.
Shorten recovery from a specific injury rather than general wellness.
What is in it
- BPC-157: Local tissue repair and blood vessel growth
- TB-500: Cell migration and flexibility in damaged tissue
Phases
- Weeks 1 to 4: Loading phase. Both peptides, daily repair peptide, twice weekly for the second.
- Weeks 5 to 8: Maintenance. Drop the second peptide to once a week and keep loading the tissue with progressive rehab.
- After week 8: Stop and reassess for at least 4 weeks. Chronic use has no good safety data.
What to watch for
- Pain relief can outrun actual healing. Do not return to full load because it stopped hurting.
- Anyone with a cancer history should talk to an oncologist before growth-promoting peptides.
What to measure
- Pain score on a fixed movement
- Range of motion
- Load tolerated in rehab
- Swelling notes
