Skin, Hair and Collagen Stack
A long, slow cosmetic protocol. Skin and follicles turn over slowly, so patience is the main input.
Firmer skin, better scalp health, improved scar appearance.
What is in it
- GHK-Cu: Collagen synthesis and scalp blood supply
- BPC-157: Tissue repair support
Phases
- Weeks 1 to 8: Daily use. Take photographs in fixed lighting on day one. You will not notice gradual change otherwise.
- Weeks 9 to 16: Continue. Hair cycles mean visible scalp change rarely shows before month four.
What to watch for
- Copper peptides can irritate sensitive skin. Patch test first.
- Do not layer strong acids or retinoids at the same time of day.
What to measure
- Fixed-lighting photos every 4 weeks
- Scalp shedding count
- Skin texture notes
